As an existing customer, you can manage your plan on the go with the myCricket App. Follow these easy steps: 
 

  1. Open the myCricket App and sign in.  
  2. Once logged in, scroll down and select Add a Line which takes you to Shop Phones. 
  3. Select Shop New Phones if you are adding a new line. Select Bring Your Phone if you're switching to Cricket with an existing line or need a new number. You'll need your current wireless account number and Number Transfer PIN if you want to bring your phone number.
